Condo Market Activity in Knoxville, TN

National news is creating a trickle down effect in Knoxville. Agents are seeing a decrease in buyers and an increase in listings. New construction in higher priced units is dragging while moderately priced developments are slowing but steady. The expected summer bounce has not happened and units are staying on the market longer. While builders have offered some incentives-closing costs paid or flat screen TV’s, individual sellers are holding their prices and not always seeing the reality of the market. Reators are hoping for a fall upswing!

I’m driving up from Key Largo to look around at property in Knoxville. Can’t stand subdivisions. A cabin in the mountains perhaps? Interested in local feedback on areas and ideas?
I’m a 50 year old Female who knows how to take care of herself in both big cities and the country.
